Equalities Policy

Crofton Design aims to maintain the highest possible standards of ethical and moral behaviour in the pursuit of its business objectives. The Company welcomes diversity amongst its staff, recognising the particular contributions to the achievement of the Company’s mission that can be made by individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

In relation to staff, the policy and practice of the Company require that all the staff are afforded equal opportunities within employment and that entry into employment with the Company and the progression within employment will be determined only by personal merit and the application of criteria which are related to the duties of each particular post. In all cases, ability to perform the job is the primary consideration. This policy statement is supported by equal opportunities policies and codes of practice for all staff.
