Professional Experience
Mark spent his early career in the Highways Department of Kent County Council. After becoming professionally qualified, he made the transition to private practice.He undertook a wide range of projects, from highway and drainage design to contract supervision of large scale civil engineering works.
After a transition to more general structural engineering consultancy, Mark was responsible for the new build design team, which brought him a wealth of experience in the design of residential and commercial buildings. This included a number of sizeable educational and healthcare projects across the south east.
Mark also became involved with detailed investigation, design and specification of remedial works to a cross section of damaged and deteriorating structures.
